Goodbye eE-pOh
Finally, yesterday managed to settle down at Ridzuan Condo. At first we were considering Mentari Court, but I don't really like that place. Ridzuan Condominium is a place hidden from noise. This enables students, my bro and Orange on this case, to really concentrate on their studies. Despite its location, this condominium is free from all sorts of unwanted noises - engines, people partying in midnights and alarms as well as malls? Well, at least not within walking distance. I bet my bro wouldn't walk cause he's like a Puteri lilin. He's hates getting himself sweaty.
I got scolded by a bloody agent yesterday for not viewing his house. Pearly on the other hand was a very nice lady. This Andy, he sms-ed and scolded F U. I was like wtf? Are you an agent or coaxer? He repeatedly told me that some people are interested to take the unit if I don't want. I just told him not to wait for me. The bottomline is, I find him so disturbing man. Eventually, I never wanted to pick up his call at all. I hang up on him. He still calls. Called until my mobile's batt dried up. Screw that fella. If any of you guys wanted to look for a place to stay, this guy is definately not a good choice to choose from. His contact num :- 0123767071. I got his contact from The Star website. When I checked the website today, his classified ad wasn't there anymore. Bravo XD
Sigh. Thinking that I have to shift on the 2nd Jan, I felt kinda reluctant to go. My baby Germaine, my dad and granny. And friends. All you peeps play a very important role in my life =) I'm gonna miss u guys man. Cheers! Happy New Year!~

Frustrated with the order!
I ordered clothes from LYN. Was pretty angry cause the stocks never arrived as promised. It took about 2 months for it to arrive. And the worse thing is, I have to go to the post office to collect it myself due to the broken envelope! I'm never gonna order from this person again. Plus, the clothes aren't as nice as the ones in the photo like the balloon shorts.

Scchhhmerry Christmas! =)~
Merry Xmas everyone. Had a crazy celebration yesterday night at Y2K. It was a snow party with loads of balloon. I got one balloon popped in front of my pig face. Ouch it was pain. Had a very busy and tiring week last week. Went for interviews, view condos and apartments. When I was there, hanged out at MidValley managed to captured some of the decorations. It's the prettiest time of the year and they really forked out alot to decorate this place. I'm very impressed. But bad luck that I missed the snow session. I'm always there at the wrong timing.

Shame On You!
I have a story to share with you all. Those faggots they oughta be sent to jail.
JOY, a little black dog whose jaw was surgically removed after he was almost beaten to death, still looks at humans with love.
Despite the cruelty rendered to him, he still looks at people to be petted and loved.
On Dec 2, Sabrina Yeap, managing partner of the Furry Friends Farm (FFF), rescued Joy at the Ki-Park Sri Utara construction site belonging to developer, Kepong Industrial Park Sdn Bhd (KIP Group).
Joy’s jaw had to be surgically removed after it was beaten half to death by Indonesian construction workers.
Joy's lower jaw was dangling and his tongue was hanging out.
Two eyewitnesses said they had seen him being beaten by Indonesian foreign workers who kept calling the dog haram as they continuously beat it.
Joy’s lower jaw was so badly injured that it had to be surgically removed, but its tongue was saved despite having lacerations and blood clots.
Dr Habeeb Rahman Ibramsa, a lecturer in Quran and Sunnah studies at the International Islamic University in Gombak, volunteered to give a talk to the foreign workers who were involved in the beating of Joy.
But, to date, the owners of KIP Group has refused to co-operate.
“I wish to end this ignorance. The Quran does not support violence against animals; I am willing to give lectures, presentations and screen videos that support what I am saying.
“I hope the public, Government officials, foreign workers and others who need to hear this truth will attend,” said Dr Habeeb.
Yeap said FFF was not looking for the government to punish the people who did this to Joy.
“We are calling on the government to support our public education projects by persuading the developer, KIP Group, to allow us to educate their workers.
“Joy may not be able to fetch a ball or toy anymore but he still knows how to show his delight in human companionship,” Yeap said.
A little gathering will be held at the Canteen Restaurant in Plaza Damas to support Joy.
Those interested in attending can also bring a little gift for him.
For details, call Yeap at 016-631 9018.

Food Baazar
Today and tomorrow is Food Baazar Day @ Sunway College Ipoh. I went with my cuzzies. Quite a lot of food they sell there, kinda cheap too. The time I went, the food was almost finished. I wanted to buy the sandwich but finito dy. Anyway I managed to have a bowl of Laksa, the soup doesn't have much taste. They have to mix with water due to insufficient soup. The orange juice wasn't bad. RM2 for 1 and a half pure Orange. Before we left, we managed to get Bread Ice Cream for RM1 each.

Toll Price Increased
New toll rates
KUALA LUMPUR: The Government is sharing the burden of the public by subsidising the toll increase for five expressways.
Works Minister Datuk Seri S Samy Vellu said, for example, the Government was paying 50 sen for every passenger car passing through the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP) toll plaza.
“Although the toll will be increased by 60 sen from Jan 1 next year, the Government will still be subsidising 50 sen,” he told a press conference at his office here yesterday.
He also announced the toll increase for the Cheras-Kajang (or Grand Saga) Highway, Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway, Guthrie Corridor Expressway and Kesas (or Shah Alam) Expressway during the press conference.
Samy Vellu said the Government had paid RM479.7mil in toll subsidy in the past six years.
The Government, he added, had restructured the concession agreements with the concessionaires of the Shah Alam Highway, Cheras-Kajang Highway, Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway and Guthrie Corridor Highway in 2002.
This had resulted in a sharp reduction in compensation paid to the companies.
He said with the restructured concession agreements, the number of toll increases for the Shah Alam Expressway had been reduced from 12 to five, and it was being compensated RM371.8mil.
The number of increases for the Cheras-Kajang Highway, he said, had been reduced from seven to four with RM226mil compensation.
As for the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway, the number of increases had been reduced from 13 to six with a compensation of RM1.197bil.
On the LDP, Samy Vellu said concessionaire Lingkaran Trans Kota Holdings Bhd had the right to set the toll at RM2.10 for private cars from 2007 to 2010, when another increase was due.
However, the Government had decided to allow an increase from RM1 to RM1.60, with the 50 sen shortfall being paid through subsidy.
“We will pay RM75mil next year and another RM75mil in 2008 in compensation. We will also allow the company to extend its 30-year concession for another year in lieu of compensation for the remaining two years,” he said.
The extension is estimated at RM164 mil.
Samy Vellu said toll rates in Malaysia were one of the cheapest in the world, with PLUS charging an average of 13.6 sen per km, compared with 35.57 sen per km in the Philippines, 27.62 sen in China, 22.76 sen in Thailand and 14.8 sen in Indonesia.
P/S :- Crap! Now I have to reallocate my budget when I move to KL. Tsk!

Men's Night at E-Box
What is my brother doing there? Stuggling hard to sing I suppose. Haha!! If he sees me putting this photo here, he's gonna be real ANGRY and EMBARASSED! Anyway we had quite some fun yester night. Oh my, I forgot to take photo of Ren dancing to Jolin's Wu Niang! He can danced so well. Goodness Gracious =P He's the guy on the left of my brother, his secondary schoolmate.
Chubby Chub Chub photo. Look at my face =P Two times fatter than GG's :P

Shower Time
This is the 2nd time showering Germaine with Lanolin Oil. Today, before the session started, I readily mixed the shampoo with water in one 500ml mineral water bottle. And conditioner with lanolin oil in another bottle. This saves time and I don't want her to catch cold cause she shivers pretty easily during showers. One weird thing, everytime after shower, she'll run to the bed, turn and roll herself while snorting. I wonder if the shampoo or something gets into her eye? Hmmm, I\m not really good in cleaning the face yet. I have read from books, that I should use a towel to just wipe it. But I use shampoo to slowly clean the face part.
Anyway it took me and GG 15 minutes to finish showering her. She was shivering just after 5 minutes! Wiped her with her towel, then place her on the table and blow dry her while combing her. She kept struggling though. I'm not sure what makes her uneasy. Her fur is still half dry on the photoes above. I have to comb her 5 times to make it straight. Everytime I comb, she shook herself and I hafta recomb. Grrrrr
In this photo, she was playing hide and seek with GG. Haha! She wanted to bit on his necklace and lick his ear. She loves doing that.
Ohayo Gozaimasu =P
This is a stupid self-learning Japanese Book I bought when I was in KL last 2 weeks. Learning day by day. But this book doesnt give much detail. E.g. They teach you how to speak from 1 to 10, but they never teach from 25 to 35. Used to attend class @ Erican but stopped after one or two classes I forgot.

Wii-volution
*Drum Rolls* Introducing Wii! The Wii (pronounced as the pronoun "we") is a video game console released by Nintendo. The console was previously known by its project code name of Revolution, and is the successor to the Nintendo GameCube. Officially launched @ 19th November 2006, has sold out more than 1 million game consoles as of 7th December 2006. IMHO, this is a very unique console. I shall post up some videos on how the Wiimote is being used to play games. Meantime, just browse through the photoes below. Ric has been coaxing me into buying this =P Previously was NDSL. Now, Wii. I wish I have the cash. This console is currently sold @ approximately RM1.9K. One thing which attracted me is they have Pokemon game and secondly, the Wiimote.
Attractive game console. Can I have one for X'mas please?
Top view of the Wii Box
Comparison of Wiimote and Nintendo DS Lite
The amazing Wiimote
Taaa-Daaaa!
Okay. So much for the introduction of Wii. Though I know not much about this console, but I shall learn more. Beware Ric. Gonna bombared you with millions of question. There goes my crappy review of Wii. Bye bye PS3! Wii rules!
Photo Taking Process
Everytime I tried taking photo of Germaine, she will run and hide behind the couch or underneath the table. She's afraid of the flash light. Maybe I scared her when she was young. How do I make her to get used to the camera?
Oh no mummy is taking that thing again. *runs and hide underneath the table*
Aw man! I got caught and place on top of a double stacked cushion chair. I better not look at that "thing" It's blinding me!~
*Drooling* Mummy,s holding a treat. a BIG one. Mummy I want..I'll do whatever you please XD
Say Cheese! XD
*After takin the treat* OK Mummy, no more please. One last one and I'll jump down.

N7390
I stumbled upon this phone during yumcha session @ kopitiam yesterday. The first thing which attracted me was the small label with a butterfly look alike logo. The phone belongs to Ren, my bro's secondary schoolmate. It's a 16M Color TFT Screen 3G phone, with 3MP Camera. The set back of the camera is that it's kinda slow when it comes to responding. I could only hear the Click sound after like 3 seconds of pressing the Snap button. And it is NOT a Symbian phone. So you can't download third party software. Overall, the functions are worth the price. This phone has got the outlook as well as functions. Those who like flip phones but couldn't afford the N93, you can consider buying this phone.
Notice the Butterfly Like Logo on the side of the phone?
Just finished my lunchie, mee with mushroom and minced chicken sauce. Yummy! Germaine rushed into the kitchen when my granny was cooking it. Heh. No Maine..you can't eat. Shoved her out of the kitchen and there she was sleeping under the Pc table.

Havin a Blast Without Me
Happy Belated Bday
Happy 4th Birthday :)~ 9th December 2006 was my cuzzy's birthday. Look @ the gigantic cake. I wasn't able to celebrate with her because I was in KL. But I did not forget her pressies. Bought two pictorial books for her from MPH when i was at MidValley but forgot to bring it back. Left it at tong's house. *slaps myself*
Reached home @ 11PM yesterday. Couldn't get any bus tickets!! Nicole and I waited for 4 and a 1/2 hours there. Eating, read newspaper, magazines, eat again and sit, go to the loo. Darn! Was so boring that I nearly fell asleep sitting. Couldn't go anywhere cause it rained outside. We reached pudu @ 4PM but the earliest bus ticket we could get is for 8.30PM bus. Goodness Gracious, no more next time I hope.

X'mas Pressie Quest
Good day! Lately I've been snappin quite alot of Germaine's photo. Partly is because of ALL her childhood pics have been deleted due to software corruption *sigh* It's sad. Most of her cutuest photo is from there. Another reason was I wanted her to get used to posing in front of the digi cam. Some of the photos wasn't very clear. Nowadays her mood has become weird. She seemed more aggresive, attacked my cuzzy's hand, growling at the slightest thing, super protective. Might be the heat :-
Say Cheese!~ That's my lil monsterous 4 year old cuzzie, Lye Foong. She's VERY cute but VERY naughty as well. She can be as quiet as a rabbit at times, but when she's naughty she talks like a chatter-box. yada yada yada all the way. Crap..likes to torture my dog as well *grumbles*
My car was scratched yesterday!! *Ouch* I've been reading whole day doing research on Eastin and Sony Corp. This screen is killin my eyes. Going for interview tomorrow. Thank god Mr. Bean is kind enough to fetch me with his Mini Cooper *giggles* I'd be away for 3 days. Gonna miss ah Maine girl loads!
Hmmm...Anyone getting X'mas pressies yet? I need some idea of what to by for gg.
