Goodbye eE-pOh

Finally, yesterday managed to settle down at Ridzuan Condo. At first we were considering Mentari Court, but I don't really like that place. Ridzuan Condominium is a place hidden from noise. This enables students, my bro and Orange on this case, to really concentrate on their studies. Despite its location, this condominium is free from all sorts of unwanted noises - engines, people partying in midnights and alarms as well as malls? Well, at least not within walking distance. I bet my bro wouldn't walk cause he's like a Puteri lilin. He's hates getting himself sweaty.

I got scolded by a bloody agent yesterday for not viewing his house. Pearly on the other hand was a very nice lady. This Andy, he sms-ed and scolded F U. I was like wtf? Are you an agent or coaxer? He repeatedly told me that some people are interested to take the unit if I don't want. I just told him not to wait for me. The bottomline is, I find him so disturbing man. Eventually, I never wanted to pick up his call at all. I hang up on him. He still calls. Called until my mobile's batt dried up. Screw that fella. If any of you guys wanted to look for a place to stay, this guy is definately not a good choice to choose from. His contact num :- 0123767071. I got his contact from The Star website. When I checked the website today, his classified ad wasn't there anymore. Bravo XD

Sigh. Thinking that I have to shift on the 2nd Jan, I felt kinda reluctant to go. My baby Germaine, my dad and granny. And friends. All you peeps play a very important role in my life =) I'm gonna miss u guys man. Cheers! Happy New Year!~

Frustrated with the order!

I ordered clothes from LYN. Was pretty angry cause the stocks never arrived as promised. It took about 2 months for it to arrive. And the worse thing is, I have to go to the post office to collect it myself due to the broken envelope! I'm never gonna order from this person again. Plus, the clothes aren't as nice as the ones in the photo like the balloon shorts.

Merry Xmas everyone. Had a crazy celebration yesterday night at Y2K. It was a snow party with loads of balloon. I got one balloon popped in front of my pig face. Ouch it was pain. Had a very busy and tiring week last week. Went for interviews, view condos and apartments. When I was there, hanged out at MidValley managed to captured some of the decorations. It's the prettiest time of the year and they really forked out alot to decorate this place. I'm very impressed. But bad luck that I missed the snow session. I'm always there at the wrong timing.

Shame On You!

I have a story to share with you all. Those faggots they oughta be sent to jail.

JOY, a little black dog whose jaw was surgically removed after he was almost beaten to death, still looks at humans with love.

Despite the cruelty rendered to him, he still looks at people to be petted and loved.

On Dec 2, Sabrina Yeap, managing partner of the Furry Friends Farm (FFF), rescued Joy at the Ki-Park Sri Utara construction site belonging to developer, Kepong Industrial Park Sdn Bhd (KIP Group).

Joy’s jaw had to be surgically removed after it was beaten half to death by Indonesian construction workers.
Joy's lower jaw was dangling and his tongue was hanging out.

Two eyewitnesses said they had seen him being beaten by Indonesian foreign workers who kept calling the dog haram as they continuously beat it.

Joy’s lower jaw was so badly injured that it had to be surgically removed, but its tongue was saved despite having lacerations and blood clots.

Dr Habeeb Rahman Ibramsa, a lecturer in Quran and Sunnah studies at the International Islamic University in Gombak, volunteered to give a talk to the foreign workers who were involved in the beating of Joy.

But, to date, the owners of KIP Group has refused to co-operate.

“I wish to end this ignorance. The Quran does not support violence against animals; I am willing to give lectures, presentations and screen videos that support what I am saying.

“I hope the public, Government officials, foreign workers and others who need to hear this truth will attend,” said Dr Habeeb.

Yeap said FFF was not looking for the government to punish the people who did this to Joy.

“We are calling on the government to support our public education projects by persuading the developer, KIP Group, to allow us to educate their workers.

“Joy may not be able to fetch a ball or toy anymore but he still knows how to show his delight in human companionship,” Yeap said.

A little gathering will be held at the Canteen Restaurant in Plaza Damas to support Joy.

Those interested in attending can also bring a little gift for him.

For details, call Yeap at 016-631 9018.

Today and tomorrow is Food Baazar Day @ Sunway College Ipoh. I went with my cuzzies. Quite a lot of food they sell there, kinda cheap too. The time I went, the food was almost finished. I wanted to buy the sandwich but finito dy. Anyway I managed to have a bowl of Laksa, the soup doesn't have much taste. They have to mix with water due to insufficient soup. The orange juice wasn't bad. RM2 for 1 and a half pure Orange. Before we left, we managed to get Bread Ice Cream for RM1 each.

Toll Price Increased

New toll rates

KUALA LUMPUR: The Government is sharing the burden of the public by subsidising the toll increase for five expressways.

Works Minister Datuk Seri S Samy Vellu said, for example, the Government was paying 50 sen for every passenger car passing through the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP) toll plaza.

“Although the toll will be increased by 60 sen from Jan 1 next year, the Government will still be subsidising 50 sen,” he told a press conference at his office here yesterday.

He also announced the toll increase for the Cheras-Kajang (or Grand Saga) Highway, Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway, Guthrie Corridor Expressway and Kesas (or Shah Alam) Expressway during the press conference.

Samy Vellu said the Government had paid RM479.7mil in toll subsidy in the past six years.

The Government, he added, had restructured the concession agreements with the concessionaires of the Shah Alam Highway, Cheras-Kajang Highway, Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway and Guthrie Corridor Highway in 2002.

This had resulted in a sharp reduction in compensation paid to the companies.

He said with the restructured concession agreements, the number of toll increases for the Shah Alam Expressway had been reduced from 12 to five, and it was being compensated RM371.8mil.

The number of increases for the Cheras-Kajang Highway, he said, had been reduced from seven to four with RM226mil compensation.

As for the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway, the number of increases had been reduced from 13 to six with a compensation of RM1.197bil.

On the LDP, Samy Vellu said concessionaire Lingkaran Trans Kota Holdings Bhd had the right to set the toll at RM2.10 for private cars from 2007 to 2010, when another increase was due.

However, the Government had decided to allow an increase from RM1 to RM1.60, with the 50 sen shortfall being paid through subsidy.

“We will pay RM75mil next year and another RM75mil in 2008 in compensation. We will also allow the company to extend its 30-year concession for another year in lieu of compensation for the remaining two years,” he said.

The extension is estimated at RM164 mil.

Samy Vellu said toll rates in Malaysia were one of the cheapest in the world, with PLUS charging an average of 13.6 sen per km, compared with 35.57 sen per km in the Philippines, 27.62 sen in China, 22.76 sen in Thailand and 14.8 sen in Indonesia.

P/S :- Crap! Now I have to reallocate my budget when I move to KL. Tsk!
